How to Download Your Files – FAQ

1. How do I access my purchased files?
After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with a PDF file for each product. This PDF contains a Google Drive link, which you can use to access and download the files.

2. How do I download the files from my account?
Log into your Precision Cut Pro account, navigate to your "Orders" or "Downloads" section, and click on the download link associated with your purchase. You will  receive a PDF with a Google Drive link to access the files directly.

3. Can I download the files multiple times?
Yes! You can download your purchased files as many times as you need. There are no restrictions on the number of downloads for any purchased file.

4. In what formats are the files available?
Our design files come in various formats, such as DXF, RLF, EPS, and CDR. These formats are compatible with CNC and laser cutting machines, allowing you to edit or use them for different projects.

5. What should I do if I can't download the files?
If you encounter any issues while downloading your files, please ensure you have a stable internet connection and enough storage space on your device. If the problem persists, contact our support team, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.

6. How long will the download links be available?
While we aim to keep download links accessible for the foreseeable future, we recommend downloading your files as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee the permanent availability of download links.

7. Can I download files to multiple devices?
Yes, you are free to download and store your purchased files on multiple devices for ease of access across your different machines.

8. What if the download link is broken or missing?
If you experience any issues with broken or missing links, please reach out to our support team. We’ll help restore access to your files.

9. Can I share my downloaded files with others?
The files are for personal and commercial use in your projects, but sharing or redistributing the files themselves is not permitted.

10. How do I unzip or extract the files after downloading?
Once downloaded, most of our files come in compressed formats like .zip. You can extract them using any unzipping software such as WinRAR or 7-Zip. Right-click the file and choose the "Extract" option to access the individual design files.
